Chad's real estate journey began in 1998 when he worked in real estate finance. He led one of the country's largest lending institutions' retail branches in residential construction finance.
In 2008, Chad founded Rivard Management, which focused on the production of high-end residential properties in the Greater Boston area. His network of home care and construction professionals in the Boston Area is endless. Through his expertise, reliability, and trustworthiness, Chad has been involved in developing, renovating, and restoring homes that have been standing for generations.
Chad , his wife Amy, and two boys are Weston residents. Chad can be found on the sidelines coaching his sons to play different sports when not building luxury properties.
Amy brings a wealth of experience to her real estate career. With over 15 years of entrepreneurship in owning and operating her own business, she has mastered the true art of customer service. Formerly a national educator for a Fortune 500 company, Amy started a real estate investment business with her husband that has been ongoing for over 12 years. Working long hours and weekends while taking care of customers is second nature to her.
